After doing the charity walk pre-xmas, I sent a donation directly to Lukhanysio Safe House and this was the response below from Penny.
Thanks so much for the donation. Well we took all the children and some extras to the beach for a SPECIAL Christmas outing and we bought everyone a Christmas present. They swam and swam, and played in the sand, buried each other and themselves. Toffee poured so much sand over his head, he almost turned blonde!!

We bought pizzas and hot chips and cold drinks for everyone and spent the most wonderful 6 hours on the beach, beautiful weather and a great time was had by all.
It's Toffee's 2nd birthday today, and he is very happy about the idea of a big chocolate cake this evening. All the Safe House kids will go to church with Ella tomorrow and have lunch at her house afterwards.
